Life, love, and the times we live in have always shaped our attitude, temperament, and disposition in relation to our environment, friends, family and lovers.
I have not come with a well cut-out rule on how to get the best out of these three bedrocks of our existence.
My purpose is to shade my own kind of light on those grey, everyday experiences with u, and to proffer the best possible approach to a healthy existence, in these times, in our lives, with love.
